Business Immigration

Sponsor licence advice and end-to-end management of the UK points-based system for employers hiring international talent.

BRAVIOT helps UK employers, from start-ups to established groups, recruit and retain international talent under the points-based immigration system. We advise on sponsor licence applications, ongoing compliance, audit response and the full range of work and business visa routes.

How we can help

  • Sponsor licence applications and licence renewals
  • Certificates of Sponsorship, allocation and assignment
  • Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker and GBM routes
  • Sponsor licence compliance audits and policy drafting
  • Right-to-work check systems and training
  • Audit response, suspensions, revocations and statutory reviews

Our approach

Sponsor licences are won and lost on compliance evidence. We help clients build systems that pass a UKVI audit on a Tuesday morning, not just sponsor packs for the application itself. That means the right policies, the right SMS configuration, and the right HR habits.

Frequently asked questions

Standard processing is around 8 weeks. Priority service (subject to availability) reduces this to around 10 working days for an additional Home Office fee. The application timeline is shorter than the preparation timeline, most of the work goes into evidence and HR systems before submission.

Insufficient evidence of trading or operating in the UK, weak HR systems for monitoring sponsored workers, key personnel without appropriate experience, or genuine vacancy concerns. Each of these is fixable with the right preparation.

UKVI can audit announced or unannounced. They review SMS records, right-to-work files, absence records, role/duties evidence and HR processes. We carry out mock audits for clients so any gaps are addressed before UKVI find them.

Yes. We can act as a Level 1 user (or train your team to do so), manage CoS allocations, prepare CoS assignments and keep evidence on file.

Suspension is recoverable in many cases. We respond to the suspension letter, prepare a remedial action plan and represent the business through to reinstatement or, if needed, statutory review of any revocation.
