BRAVIOT helps clients put their affairs in order, drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney, and administering estates when the time comes. Our private client work is unhurried, sensitive to family dynamics, and focused on clarity at moments when clarity matters most.

How we can help

  • Wills, single, mirror, and complex estates with trusts
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (property & financial; health & welfare)
  • Estate administration and obtaining probate
  • Inheritance tax planning (in conjunction with tax advisers)
  • Trusts, drafting, administration and variation
  • Cross-border estate issues

Our approach

Private client work is about people first. We listen carefully, explain the legal mechanics in plain English, and write documents that say what you mean. When acting on an estate we are mindful that the family is grieving, and we run the matter accordingly.
